You may use Clariyi if:

You are under 18 and have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

If you use Clariyi on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. Nature of the Service

Clariyi provides structured communication practice environments.

The service is intended for preparation and clarity development.

Clariyi does not:

Provide professional legal advice
Provide medical or psychological treatment
Guarantee interview or performance outcomes
Replace human decision-making

You remain responsible for how you use the platform and any real-world decisions that follow.

You agree to:

AI-generated responses are based on patterns and probabilities.

They may not always be accurate or complete.

Clariyi does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated output.

AI output should be reviewed and interpreted by the user.

Clariyi does not make decisions on your behalf.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, and materials provided by Clariyi remain the property of Clariyi or its licensors.

Your content is for the purpose of delivering the service.

Clariyi will not sell your personal content.

9. Fees and Payment

Payments are due in advance unless otherwise specified
Subscription plans may renew automatically unless cancelled

Clariyi’s total liability for any claim related to paid services will not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
